Selfharm.co.uk is a project of Youthscape, a registered charity, number 1081754 and registered company, number 3939801, registered in England, a company limited by guarantee.

 

Event fees


Pricing is at our discretion but will vary according to length of session and anticipated expenses. The cost does not include lunch but will include hot and cold drinks and light refreshments. 

 

Event details


Selfharm.co.uk reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, including contributors, venue, session content and other arrangements.

 

Privacy of data


SelfharmUK takes the privacy and the security of the information provided by visitors to our site very seriously. All information given to us is stored securely and is not accessible to other users. Selfharm.co.uk does not sell, trade or rent any of your personal details to any third party. We will use the information that we collect lawfully, for the purposes of fulfilling the membership for the online services, or other membership benefits and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Cancellations


Regional training events:
We understand that occasionally plans have to be changed, in the case of needing to cancel a booked place on one of our regional events please contact training@selfharm.co.uk at the earliest opportunity. Delegates can opt for a full refund or select an alternative training date (subject to availability) if training places are cancelled at least 14 days before the training date is due to take place.
Cancellations requiring refunds or transfers onto alternative training events (within 14 days of the training date) is at the discretion of the SelfharmUK management but may take into consideration any losses involved . If a delegate is unable to attend the training, SelfharmUK is happy to allow a replacement to take their place if we are notified of the changes at least 24 hours before the training is due to commence.
In the rare event of SelfharmUK having to cancel a training session delegates can request a full refund or an alternative training place (subject to availability). SelfharmUK will endeavour to cancel the training at the earliest possible opportunity but will not accept responsibility for any losses incurred by late cancellation.

In-house training events:
SelfharmUK understands that due to unforeseen circumstances occasionally in-house training bookings have to be rescheduled or cancelled. We ask that you contact training@selfharm.co.uk at the earliest possible opportunity to arrange a rescheduled date or to request a refund. SelfharmUK will (if at all possible) seek to reschedule the event on an alternative date as soon as is convenient for both parties however if a full refund is requested we ask that you contact us immediately. In-house bookings cancelled six weeks prior to the event are entitled to a full refund minus an admin fee of £50. Cancellations after this point are subject to losses we may incur as an organisation for travel/accommodation. Cancellations within 14 days of a training event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

In the rare event of SelfharmUK having to cancel an in-house training session, organisations can either request a full refund or arrange an alternative training date if a convenient date for both parties can be found. Although cancelling an event is extremely rare SelfharmUK will endeavour to cancel the training at the earliest possible opportunity, unfortunately SelfharmUK cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred by late cancellation.
